Dillsburg Youth Baseball (DYB) offers supervised instructional baseball to children ages 4 to 18 years of age. In addition to our spring ball program, DYB provides opportunities for clinics, summer all- star tournaments, and fall ball.

DYB All-Stars Win 5 Championships!

 

On Friday, July 29th another successful summer All-Star season came to an end for Dillsburg Youth Baseball.  DYB's six teams combined to win 5 tournaments including one PA Section 7 Little League Championship, two PA District 14 Little League Champions and two Clarence Boyd Tournament Championships.  Combined these teams went 37-14.  Congratulations to all teams, players, coaches and fans!  

   

Little League Tournament Highlights

The 50/70 Intermediate team defeated Shippensburg on 7/1 to win the PA District 14 championship.  On 7/9 they won the Section 7 Championship.  The team played into the third round of the State Tournament in Sunbury and finished the summer with a record of 7-3 and outscored their opponents by a combined 77-18. 

 

The 11-12 year old team defeated York on 7/12 to win the PA District 14 Championship.  This team wen 9-1 in the tournament outscoring their opponents 75-14.  The team played into the third round of the Section 7 tournament and finished the summer with a 10-3 record.

 

DYB's 9-10 year old team played into the fourth round of the double elimination tournament.  Overall this team went 5-3 and outscored their opponents by a combined 97-43.

 

Clarence Boyd Tournament Highlights

The 11-12 year old team defeated Carlisle on 7/29 to win the tournament Championship!  Overall this team went 5-1 and outscored their opponents by a combined 81-17.

 

The 9-10 year old team defeated Greencastle on 7/29 win the tournament Championship!  Overall this team went 6-1 and outscored their opponents by a combined 87-28. 

 

The 7-8 year old team played into the third round of the double elimination tournament.  Overall this team went 4-3 and outscored their opponents by a combined 50-42.
